BOULDER — After recording a 1-1 split last weekend against a pair of ranked Pac-12 opponents, the Colorado volleyball team moved up one position to 19th in the latest AVCA Division I Coaches Poll.
The Buffs recorded 416 points this week to move up from 20th to 19th overall. They dropped a 1-3 decision last Friday night to then-No. 23 Southern California, but rebounded well on Sunday, defeating then-No. 12 UCLA (3-1).
Colorado is one of seven Pac-12 teams ranked in this week's poll. Stanford owns the best ranking at seventh and is followed by Washington (eight), Washington State (10), UCLA (18), Colorado (19), Oregon (20) and USC (22). Utah dropped out of the poll but is the top team receiving votes.
