CU Unveils New Website

BOULDER — Welcome to the new CUBuffs.com, where all things Colorado Buffaloes will be faster and easier to find — and even more user friendly.

Along with 10 other Pac-12 schools, we are launching our new website today in conjunction with SIDEARM Sports, a nationwide leader in the industry based in Syracuse, N.Y. This is the 14th major redesign of the website since it first went online in 1994.

"We have had numerous redesigns in past years, but that thinking is hopefully going out the window," said Curtis Snyder, CU Director of Digital Strategy. "What you will find is a fresh look, a much more user-friendly experience and a host of new features that will make staying in touch with the Buffs easier, faster and more enjoyable."

Just some of the features you will find include:

  • New gameday pages with more statistics, rosters and information that fans need to follow the Buffs.

  • A set of pages dedicated to keeping fans updated on the best facilities in the nation

  • Infographics integrated with live stats. Graphics will be constantly updated to provide the latest player and team statistics.

  • Enhanced display of game-related data, including pre-game, in-game and post-game information.

  • Video from our two award-winning video departments, powered by our YouTube video player.

  • Media wall for faster integration to social media and photo galleries.

  • More comprehensive and easier-to-find historical data, from All-Americans to Hall of Famers.

"Over the years, we have become the clear authority in all things CU Buffs," Snyder said. "We have two of the best video departments in the nation and two of the best sports writers around. We went  through this redesign with the specific goal of improving how we can better deliver what I believe is the best content in the nation to our fans."
