CU Creates Flexibility Around Game Time Announcements for Season Ticket Holders

July 27, 2016 | Football

Season Ticket Holders Will Have Until 48 Hours Prior To Gametime To Exchange Their Tickets

After the first three weeks of the season, game times for CU home football games are typically announced 12 days prior to the game after the Pac-12 Conference's television partners have made their selections for a particular weekend.  And on rare occasions, it is as little as six days notice.

Now season ticket holders will have until 48 hours before the game time to exchange their tickets for a future game, especially if they have a previous conflict.

"We understand from feedback from our fans that the issue of when game times are announced can be a challenge,"  CU Associate Athletic Director Matt Biggers said.  "We believe this exchange program will help alleviate some of that for our season ticket holders by giving them another option if a particular game time does not fit well into their personal schedule."

As part of this added benefit, season ticket holders will be able to login to their account the day after a game time is announced and exchange their tickets for the chosen game for the same number of tickets for a future game later this season.  Season ticket holders can visit www.cubuffs.com/exchange to learn how to exchange their tickets.
