
Buffs To Host Utah On Senior Day

BOULDER - Colorado's women's tennis team will wrap up the regular season on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Rocky Mountain Tennis Center in Boulder. It will be the final matches for the team's three seniors, Jeannez Daniel, Louise Ronaldson and Kyra Wojcik.
Here's a look at CU's three seniors:
Jeannez Daniel, native of Philadelphia, Pa.
What has been the highlight of your career? "This one has to be our road win against Oregon my sophomore year. It was the first time since CU had been in the Pac-12 that we had a road win and it was really such a special moment for me and the team. Definitely one that I will never forget."
What are your plans after graduation? "I plan to pursue a career in dentistry."
Louise Ronaldson, native of London, England
What has been the highlight of your career? "The highlight of my career is definitely getting to go to All-Americans [she and Chloe Hule qualified for the All-American Championships in doubles in the fall]. We got to play at the Riviera Country Club in L.A. and we played some fantastic matches."
What are your plans after graduation? "After graduation I am taking a few months off an then hopefully working in Colorado in digital marketing."
Kyra Wojcik, native of Goodyear, Ariz.
What has been the highlight of your career? "Winning regionals as the first tournament of my college career and getting to go to National Indoors in New York City."
What are your plans after graduation? "I'm taking a grad trip to Japan in June and then I'll take a year off to prepare for graduate school."
CU (8-11 overall, 1-7 Pac-12) has struggled of late, dropping its past nine matches. Freshman Linda Huang highlighted this past week's matches, earning her second win this season over a ranked opponent when she upset 52nd-ranked Julia O'Loughlin in the team's 4-1 loss to Denver on Tuesday.
Utah (10-12, 1-8 Pac-12) is riding a three-match losing streak, all coming against ranked opponents. The Utes have the 65th-ranked doubles team in the country as Alexis Petrovic and Jena Cheng carry an 8-5 record this season and have upset three other ranked opponents. Petrovic holds Utah's No. 1 singles position as well, posting an 8-9 record.

- Has 23 career singles wins and a career record of 29-24 in doubles in three seasons at CU after transferring from UTEP
- Majoring in psychology with a minor in education

What are your plans after graduation? "I plan to pursue a career in dentistry."
Louise Ronaldson, native of London, England
- Has a career singles record of 24-17 with 18 doubles wins in two seasons at CU after transferring from Mississippi State
- Majoring in marketing and has a 3.247 GPA
What has been the highlight of your career? "The highlight of my career is definitely getting to go to All-Americans [she and Chloe Hule qualified for the All-American Championships in doubles in the fall]. We got to play at the Riviera Country Club in L.A. and we played some fantastic matches."

- Ranks second in CU history with seven career victories in Pac-12 matches
- Majoring in integrative physiology and has a 3.108 GPA
