2018: Indoor: Ramos focused his 2018 indoor season mostly on the 800-meter run, competing in the mile once. In February he competed at the MPSF Championships, recording a personal best in the 800-meters with a time of 1:53.16, and finishing in eighth place. His personal record for the mile is 4:20.62, earning him third place at the Colorado Invitational in January.
Outdoor: During his outdoor campaign, Ramos raced in the 400-meter dash and 800-meter run. His single 400-meter race was at the Cardinal Classic in April where he earned 18th place with a time of 51.88. His best time in the 800-meter run this season was also at the Cardinal Classic, clocking in at 1:51.67 for third place.
 
2017: Indoor: Ramos raced once during the indoor season. He earned a personal best of 1:54.73 in the 800 at the Potts Invitational (1/13).
Outdoor: Ramos ran in both the 400 and 800-meter runs in the spring. At the CU Invitational (4/8), Ramos ran a personal best in the 400-meters with a time of 51.44.  He clocked his fastest 800 (1:51.67) at the Cardinal Classic (4/21).
 
2016: Indoor: Ramos ran twice for the Buffs as a freshman, both times in the 800. He recorded a season best 1:58.09 at the Potts Invitational (1/16), which was third overall.
Outdoor: Ramos had a great freshman season for CU, improving his time in the 800 by over six seconds throughout the season. He ran 1:57.67 to start the year at Fum McGraw and in his final race at the Pac-12 Championships, he recorded a season best time (1:51.23), which was 11th overall.
 
CROSS COUNTRY: (2017) Ramos ran in three races for the Buffs. He started with a 57th place finish at the Colorado State Invitational before earning a 15th place finish at the Rocky Mountain Shootout. In his last meet, Ramos was 76th at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational.
(2016) Ramos raced three times for CU during his redshirt freshman campaign. He was 44th at the Colorado State Invitational before improving to 28th at the Rocky Mountain Shootout. Ramos ended the season with a 143rd place finish at the Bradley Classic.
(2015) Redshirt. Did not compete.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: A multi-sport athlete, Ramos lettered in cross country, track and field, football and wrestling at Montezuma-Cortez High School. He raced his personal bests in the 400 (49.67) and 800 (1:55.74) at the 2015 Colorado 4A State Championship and earned all-conference distinctions in both.  Ramos was named the MCHS Sprinter of the Year as a sophomore and in his junior season, he garnered the MCHS Distance Runner of the Year. Ramos qualified for the state wrestling meet three times.
 
HIGH SCHOOL BESTS: 400-meters: 49.67; 800-meters: 1:55.74.
 
IN THE CLASSROOM: Ramos is an environmental design major with a greater than 3.20 GPA.   
 
PERSONAL: Justice Thomas Ramos was born on November 2, 1996 to Joe and Jennie Romas in Lubbock, Texas. He has one sister, Jordan, and one brother, Josh. He has worked with his mom’s first grade class helping the students with reading and math.
