Sports and Entertainment Student Association
The Sports and Entertainment Student Association (SESA) serves as a professionally focused space for students with an interest in pursing careers in the sports and/or entertainment industries. The goal of SESA is to bring together like-minded students with career goals in either sports and/or entertainment. By gathering students with this specific focus into the first group of its kind on the CU campus, SESA seeks to encourage interested students to network, share opportunities and resources, and be rooted in a community where their goals will be both shared and nurtured. The group is open to students of all majors.
SESA hosts speaker events once per month during the academic year, in which professionals from all around the sports and entertainment industries can share their experiences and advice with our members. Outside of the professional setting SESA strives to provide a social community for our members hosting social events such as attending professional sporting events.
