Staff Ticket Claim Process

Step 1) Go to www.cubuffs.com/myaccount.  If you have already linked your account online, type in your account number and password under Option 1 (Skip steps 2 and 3). If you have not linked your account online click on Link Your Account.

Step 2) After clicking on the link My Account, enter in your account number and pin. Do not do this if you have already linked your account. Refer to Step 1.

Step 3) Confirm the information on your account, leave the mailing address as is. Confirm the phone numbers on the account.

Step 4) After logging in, you should be taken to your account page. Here is the hub of your ticket page. If you ever want to reissue your tickets as print at homes and send to friends, you would click on the reissue tab. You can also see your Order History as well as your Donation History.

Step 5) To claim tickets, click on the Buy Tickets button in the top left hand corner.

Step 6) As a department staff member you are able to receive two comp tickets for any non-postseason football and men’s basketball games, and four comp tickets for any non-postseason track, women’s basketball, women’s soccer, and women’s volleyball games/matches. In addition to your comps, you can also purchase additional tickets above your comps at a discounted rate. Please refer to the annual business office email regarding tax implications or contact the Business Office/Ticket Office if you have any questions.

Step 7) To start the claim process, click on the sport you wish to claim tickets (note: in football/men’s basketball, you have to have season tickets in advance and will not be able to claim on a game-by-game basis).

Step 8) Once you are in the sport you want to claim tickets for, click on the game you wish to claim.

Step 9) Type in the number of tickets you wish to claim and then click on Add to Cart.

Step 10) Confirm your order and select your delivery method and select Checkout.

Step 11) If you are buying tickets this screen is where you’ll enter in your credit card information, otherwise click on Place Your Order.

Step 12) The last screen you should see is your order confirmation page. You will also be emailed a confirmation as well as emailed your tickets. If you do not receive your tickets by the event please email cutix@colorado.edu and we will look into it further.
