College—This Season (Sr.): He saw action in four tournaments, all as an individual. His best finish came in the season opener at the Ballyneal Challenge, when he also scored his collegiate best round in tying for 15th; he fired a 1-under 70 in the second round of his 148 total score. His next best effort was a 64th place finish in Colorado State’s Ram Masters Invitational (76-72-77—225, +15). He joined the team just prior to the start of the fall semester; he enrolled at Colorado in the fall of 2013 and has been attending class but was not on the golf team.

At Redlands (2012-13, Fr.)—He was a member of Redlands’ golf team, but he did not play and was redshirted. He transferred back home to Colorado for his sophomore academic year.

High School— He lettered twice in golf for coach Craig Rogers at Regis Jesuit. As a senior, he was a member of the Rangers’ 5A state championship team. He owned a stroke average of 73 as a senior, 76 as a junior and 78 in limited action as a sophomore.

Other—2016: He advanced to the semifinals in the Colorado Golf Association’s Match Play Championships, cruising in most of his four wins (7 & 5, 4 & 3, 1 up and 4 & 3) before losing on the 19th hole in the semis to Joshua Seiple. He tied for 17th in the CGA Amateur with a 76-70-77-69—292 (+12) scorecard at Boulder CC, with his final round 1-under 69 just one of five scores in the 60s and tying for the third best. He tied for eighth in the U.S. Amateur Qualifier at Columbine CC (71-74—145).
