Forman graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 1995 with a degree in Kinesiology/Athletic Training. He went on to pursue his Doctorate at Regis University in Physical Therapy and has worked in the profession for over 25 years, mostly in sports medicine settings. He served as director of a clinic in a sports medicine facility in Fort Morgan, lead therapist of a clinic in Boulder, owned his own practice in Broomfield for 11 years, and most recently served as the PT manager at the CU Sports Medicine and Performance Center. Brian and his wife, Jill, have been married for over 28 years and have two adult children. In his free time, Brian enjoys hiking, biking, golf, camping, fitness and generally anything in the Colorado outdoors. He is also an avid sports fan and keeps up with most of the local teams.
