TEAM

Colorado has won seven straight home games dating back to last season (Four this season).

Tonight was the fourth game in which the Buffs had four  players with 10+ points this season. CU has won every game in which four players have scored 10+ points. Levi Knutson (22), Alec Burks (15), Marcus Relphorde (12), and Austin Dufault (12).

Colorado outscored Oregon State 37-18 in the first half.

30 of the 37 first half points came as a result of a 30-9 run which encompassed the majority of the first half.

CU continued with a big second half during which they outscored Oregon State 45-39. At one point during the second half CU lead by as much as 28 points.

CU shot a season-high 58.6 percent from the field against Oregon State.

Oregon State's two leading scorers were held to just 8 points on the night on 3-of-11 shooting. Omari Johnson did not score until 11:21 remaining in the 2nd half.

Since 1982-83, CU shot a tied for third best second half percentage (minimum 28 shots taken), 71.4 percent from the field.

ALEC BURKS

Scored in double figures for the seventh game this season.

Finished the night with 15 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals in 27 minutes on the floor.

CORY HIGGINS

100th career start and 101st game played.  Higgins left the game early in the 1st half with an apparent injury but returned with 10:57 left to play in the first half. He finished the night with 9 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists, and 1 block in 29 minutes on the floor.

Tonight's game was the first game in which Cory Higgins failed to score double digit points this season and only the 3rd time in the last 64 games that Higgins was held under 10 points.

Moved into 14th place on the CU all-time assists list (246)

LEVI KNUTSON

led all scorers with 22 points on 8-of-10 shooting including a 6-of-8 performance from behind the arc.

This was the 1st time a CU player has made five or more 3 point FGs since Richard Roby (6) against Nebraska, Jan. 25, 2006.

This marks the 2nd time Knutson has lead all scorers this season and the 3rd time in his career. It was also his 1st career 20 point game.

Tonight was Knutson's 4th career start and 92nd game played.

MARCUS RELPHORDE

Career-high 8 assists which lead the team. This was the second time this season Relphorde lead the team in assists and the third time in his career. CU had 20 assists total.
