-Colorado dropped its third game at the CECC this season (10-3).

-CU has been outrebounded for 14-straight games this season. The Buffs had 31 rebounds while the Tigers managed 36.

-Colorado only made 20 field goals tying their second lowest total of the season. They recorded 20 FGs against Yale.

-Colorado shot only 35.7 percent from the floor matching their second lowest percentage of the season.  They did this previously against Texas A&M.

-Colorado allowed two 20+ point scorers (Marcus Denmon 22 and Kim English 21) for the fifth time this season.  Every time the Buffs have allowed two players to score over 20 points this season they have lost (Gonzaga, Colorado State, Texas, and Oklahoma State). 

-Colorado's 29 first half points ties their fourth lowest first half scoring total for the season; they also recorded 29 against Tulsa.

-Colorado had more first half turnovers (9) than field goals made (7).

-Colorado shot a season low 30.4 percent from the field (7-for-23) in the first half.

-Cory Higgins has recorded 1218 career points and sits in 17th position on the all time list. He needs 28 points to move into 16th position.

-Higgins set a new season high mark in steals and tied his career high this afternoon totaling 5.  He previously recorded four steals against Texas A&M.  He now has recorded 5 steals three times in his career.

-Higgins 7 rebounds tied his season high.  He previously recorded seven rebounds against Kansas.

-After missing the last game against #1 Kansas freshman Alec Burks recorded eight of the Buffs first 9 points in the opening ten minuets of the first half.  His 16 first half points set a new career high.  He previously recorded 13 first half point earlier this season at Oregon State.

-Burks's 16 first half point is the most first half points allowed by Missouri this season and most points scored by any CU player  this season in the first half. They had previously allowed two 13 point totals in the first half.

-In 22 games played this season Burks has scored in double digits in all but one game.  He played only the opening two minutes at Iowa State before suffered a sprained knee, forcing him to leave the game and sit out against Kansas as well.

-Burks's 27 points this afternoon set a new career high.  His previous high was 24 against Oklahoma State.  He has now led the team in scoring nine games this season (two shared). Also, his 27 points is 10th among all CU freshmen scored in a single game.

-Burks set a new career high in field goals attempted, putting up 19 shots.  He had previously attempted 16 field goals twice this season.  While attempting 19 shots he tied his career high with 9 made field goals, he set this mark earlier this season against Colorado State.

-Burks 27 points moves him into sixth place of CU freshmen with 370 points. His one steal gives him 26 and tied for 8th place.

-Burks's two three point field goals matched his career high total. 

-Trey Eckloff tied his season high in minutes played.  He has now appeared in 10 minutes of play four times this season.
