BOULDER - CU men's basketball guard Carlon Brown (senior) and volleyball's Kerra Schroeder (junior) receive the honor of being named CU Athlete of the Week for the week of Nov. 14-20.

Brown's biggest game was a game-high 23 points with six rebounds and four assists, helping the Buffs defeat Western Michigan, 81-76 on the final day of the tournament. Scoring 15 of his 23 points in the second half, Brown played a crucial role in helping the Buffs rally from a four-point half-time deficit. Brown shot 52.6 percent from the field (20-of-38) and 88.9 percent (8-of-9) from the three throw line over the three games. He also scored a team-high 15 points in the team's loss to Wichita State and 14 points in the loss to Maryland.

On the week Schroeder averaged 4.12 kills, 2.25 digs and 4.56 points per set.
