TEAM

  • With the 71-64 win tonight, Colorado improves to 5-3 this season and wins the first of an eight-game home stretch.
  • Colorado ties up the all-time series with Fresno State at 2-2.  The last meeting occurred on December 7, 1974 in Boulder.
  • The win tonight marked 27-straight non-conference home wins for the Buffaloes.  The streak is second all-time in school history. (Buffs won 35 in a row from Dec. 4, 1979 thru Dec. 5, 1981).
  • Colorado shot a season high 51.4% (19-37) from the field tonight.
  • CU shot a season high from beyond the arc tonight at 50.0% (6-12).
  • CU's 84.4% (27-32) from the free-throw line tonight broke a three game streak in which they shot under 60.0 percent from the charity stripe.
  • The 7-point win tonight made this CU's seventh straight single-digit game this season.
  • With Roberson having 21 points tonight CU escapes what would have been a four-game streak in which they had no player to score 20+ points.  It would have been the first time it occurred since the 2006-07 season (Texas A&M, ISU, NU, Mizz).
  • CU's 13 bench points ties a season low previously occurring against Air Force (Nov. 23).
  • CU committed 17 turnovers for the third time this season (Fort Lewis Nov. 11, Wichita State Nov. 17).

ANDRE ROBERSON

  • Roberson ties a career best with 21 points, last occurring against Maryland this season (Nov. 18).
  • Roberson has notched double-digit rebounds in seven of eight games this season, and 19 times in his career.  He averages 12.0 rebounds a game this season which ranks him third nationally in rebounding.
  • With two 3-point field goals tonight Roberson ties a career best which he previously set against Maryland (Nov. 18, 2011) and Longwood (Dec. 19, 2010).
  • Perfect from the free-throw line tonight at 9-9, Roberson sets a new personal best breaking his previous high of 7 free-throws made against Georgia occurring this season (Nov. 28).

AUSTIN DUFAULT

  • Dufault scored 13 points, giving him double-digits for the fifth time in the last six games. 
  • Dufault played in his 108th career game tonight, putting him in a 4-way tie with Randy Robinson, Mike Reid, and Toney Ellis at 23rd on the all-time list.

NATE TOMLINSON

  • With 6 assists tonight Tomlinson continues to lead the Buffs in the category putting him at 28 on the season.
  • Tomlinson's 6 assists and 2 turnovers tonight will improve his current career 1.66 assist-to-turnover ratio which has him ranked eighth all-time at CU. 
  • Tomlinson's 6 assists put him at 335 career assists.  Tomlinson currently sits at 8th on the all-time CU career assists list. 

JEREMY ADAMS

  • In only his third game played for CU, Adams had 8 points and 4 rebounds, setting a new personal best in both categories.
