Individual
- Chucky Jeffery- It was her 30th career game with three or more steals, ninth this season, she ended up with six steals, matching her own team season high (Washington). It was also her 17th game this season scoring in double digits, finishing with 14 points.
- Jen Reese- had a career high 14 rebounds, also the second most by a Buff this season (Jeffery had 16 at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi)
- Julie Seabrook- Matched her season high with 10 rebounds, her third double-digit rebounding game this season, first in conference play.
- Meagan Malcolm Peck- Finished the game with nine rebounds, matching a season high (Texas-Pan American)..
- Lexy Kresl- CU's leading scorer with 15 points, one off her career high (16 vs. Wisconsin). It was her first double-digit scoring game since Creighton (12/21). She hit three 3-pointers, and now has a 3-pointer in 17 of her 20 career games. Kresl had three 3-pointers after making just three over the previous six games. She also went 6-6 from the free throw line, improving to 87.5 percent on the season (28-of-32).
Team
- Sunday's crowd of 5,885 was CU's largest of the season. It was the second largest attended Pac-12 league game of the season, only Saturday's California at Stanford game had more at 6,075. In all games it was the third largest this season at a Pac-12 venue. Stanford had 7,329 for a nonconference home game against Tennessee.
- Colorado got off to slow start, going 0-13 from the field. Their first field goal didn't come until Chucky Jeffery ended the drought with 13:21 remaining in the first half. The Buffs finished the half 8-29 (27%) from the floor.
- UCLA took advantage of the Buffs' slow start, starting the game on a 9-2 run. The Bruins never led by more than seven points in the first half.
- Chucky Jeffery's buzzer-beater shot to end the first half gave Colorado a 24-23 lead, its first lead of the half.
- UCLA outshoots Colorado 34% to 31%, Colorado falls to 1-5 when being outshot by their opponent. CU also falls to 1-3 in games in which they shoot less than 35%.
- Colorado was 13-0 on the season when outrebounding opponents. This will mark their first loss of the season when outrebounding their opponent, as the Buffs won the rebound category 50-46.
- Colorado hit 50 rebounds for the fifth time in 2011-12, its most in one season since hitting 50 nine times in 1993-94
- CU falls to 8-2 in day games, and 3-1 when playing on Sunday.
- CU falls to 2-3 all-time against UCLA.
- Colorado's bench outscored UCLA's bench 20-0.
- The Buffs fall to 4-5 in the Pac-12, and head to the road to take on Oregon State on February 2.
