TEAM

  • The Buffaloes wore gold uniforms for the first time this season.
  • The Buffs were 9-0 against Arizona State coming into this season, but now have lost twice in a row, falling to 9-2 overall and 5-1 at home against the Sun Devils.
  • CU met up with Arizona State earlier this season on January 19th in Tempe. The Buffaloes trailed 42-9 in the first half of that game, but faired much better at home and only trailed 29-23 at the half. Colorado had already matched their nine point first half total in Tempe with 12:18 remaining in the half, when they led ASU 9-8.
  • The Buffs shot just 3-25 in the first half of the game in Tempe, but went 8-23 in the first half of the game in Boulder. CU also held the Sun Devils to 38.5% from the field in the first half opposed to their 62.1% in Tempe.
  • The Buffs' 47 points were the lowest at home since they scored just 44 against Texas Tech on Feb. 12, 2011
  • CU was outrebounded 43-25, falling to 2-4 when getting outrebounded by opponents.
  • CU falls to 0-2 on the season when only one player scores in double figures.
