Team

• CU improves to 13-2 at home following a road or neutral court loss under Head Coach Tad Boyle, including 11-straight.

• CU has won six-straight home openers at the Coors Events Center.

• Head coach Tad Boyle won his 70th career at CU (39 losses).

• Under the Boyle-coaching staff, CU improves to 45-7 at home in the four years.

• CU has now made a 3-pointer in CU has made at least one 3-pointer in 366-straight games since Jan. 19, 2002.

• Under Boyle, the Buffs are 15-7 in November games (9-0 at home; 4-2 on the road; 2-5 neutral).

• CU improves 7-1 against the Ohio Valley Conference all-time, first meeting against UT Martin.

• 24 of CU's 45 points in the first half came from five freshmen (Gordon, King, Thomas, Hopkins, Fletcher).

• The entire team saw action tonight; entire team [besides Ben Mills] had at least 1 FGA.

• Four Buffs had double-digit scoring performances.

• The last time CU scored over 90 points was against Northern Arizona on 12/21/12

• This marks the fourth straight year the Buffs were able to put up a 90+  score against an opponent

Spencer Dinwiddie

• Scored 13 points to inch closer to 1,000 career points (888 points).

 

Wesley Gordon

• Second consecutive start

• Shot a perfect 3/3 FG-FGA in the first half.

• Scored 13 points with 8 rebounds, season-bests.

Josh Scott

• Led the team for the second straight game in scoring and rebounding (15 points, 8  rebounds).

• Seventh career time he has led the team in scoring.

 

Xavier Johnson

• Finished with 12 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 steal.

• Set a new career-high 3 assists.

 

Dustin Thomas

• Set a new career/season-high of 9 points.
