QUICKLY
USC now leads the series, 8-0 (CU's longest active losing streak to any school, next worst is five)... Colorado is now 21-23-1 when wearing all-black uniforms (21-20-1 with gold helmets) ... The first 11 games in the MacIntyre Era at Colorado have all decided between 14 and 52 points ... Since 1985, the Buffs are now 80-35 against teams with at least three losses ... On USC's first scoring drive, CU held the Trojans to 3 yards on first down (four rushing plays); however, USC gained 28 yards on second down and 40 on third … Colorado did not run a play in USC territory until its 28th of the game, with 2:40 left in the first half; it was the only play, an interception … CU's last scoreless first half was in game 11 in 2012, when the Buffs trailed Washington 7-0 here at Folsom Field (Nov. 16) … CU's 73 first half yards were a season low; the Buffs had 85 at Arizona State for their previous low (it was the second lowest for either half)
SS Parker Orms was presented with the 16th annual Buffalo Heart Award, given by the "fans behind the bench" to the players with those qualities they feel best exemplifies the heart of a Buff.
WR PAUL RICHARDSON (8-88-1 TD) P-Rich" now has 79 catches for 1,289 yards, 16.3 per, with 10 touchdowns. He now holds CU's mark for single-season receptions with 79, breaking the old mark of 78 by D.J. Hackett set back in 2003. He set the yards mark last week and added to it; he is within one of the TD mark (11 by Derek McCoy, 2003).
Career: 152-2,358-21 TD. Those numbers rank him tied for third in receptions (with Phil Savoy, 1994-95); fifth in yards (191 out of the top spot) and he now is alone in second in touchdowns (one back of Scotty McKnight's 22, 2007-10).
He earned five first downs receiving, tying the season record of 47 (McKnight, 2009).
His 5-yard TD reception make his 10 covering 470 yards, or 47.0 per; his 21 career have spanned 841 yards (40.0).
TB MICHAEL ADKINS (14-63-1 TD) He is now in position to become the seventh freshman in school history to rush for 500 yards in a season.
WORLD RECORD
Senior cheerleader Ozell Williams, set the world record for the most consecutive handsprings by a male with 57 between the first and second quarters tonight. He broke the current world record of 46, set by Tim Wade (USA) in Dallas, Texas, just two weeks ago (Nov. 9). Williams is a Communication major (with a minor in Business Entrepreneurship) from Chicago.

CB Jered Bell had his second return for a TD, CU's fifth of the year; that's the most for CU since 2004 when it had six. COLORADO INJURIES ILB Brady Daigh (lower leg bruise), ILB Addison Gillam (back strain, could have returned), WR Devin Ross (concussion), all day-to-day. Older: OLB Woodson Greer (stinger), CB Harrison Hunter (concussion) and FB Jordan Murphy (concussion) are day-to-day for Utah.
ATTENDANCE
Tonight's attendance of 36,005 gave the Buffs a total of 229,778 for the season; an average of 38,296; though CU's lowest figure since 1985 (36,789) or 1988 (39,190), it will still rank second for the 19th straight year for per game average in the state for all sport teams in 2013, trailing the Denver Broncos (76,987) but ahead of the Colorado Rockies (34,491).
Southern California Notes
USC improved to 9-3 on the season, 6-2 in the Pac-12; the Trojans are 6-1 under interim head coach Ed Orgeron (6-0 in Pac-12 games).
Tonight's 29 degree temperature at kickoff ties the second coldest for a USC game; further research this evening found a game that was colder: 20 degrees at Notre Dame on Nov. 30, 1957.
The 47 points were the second-most scored by USC in 2013; the 29 were the third-most allowed.
Soma Vainuku blocked his third punt of the season. He also had his first five carries of the season, gaining 70 yards, including a 52-yard touchdown run, his career-long.
Dion Bailey intercepted the 11th pass of his career, tying for 13th all-time on the USC career list.
Buck Allen has scored 10 touchdowns in the last four games (nine rushing).
Buck Allen had his third 100-yard game of 2013 (21-145, 3 TDs). Tonight was also his career-high in rushing yards; his lost fumble was the first by a USC running back since Tre Madden lost one at Arizona State the fifth game of the season
