Colorado improves to 19-5 overall, 8-5 in Pac-12 play. The 19 wins are CU's most in regular season action since the 2003-04 team won 22 (finished 22-8).Colorado's eight league wins are also its most since the 2003-04 squad finished 11-5 in the Big 12.
Colorado improved to 5-3 away from Boulder and is 15-10 in its last 25 true road contests. The Buffs pick up their third Pac-12 road win, matching its 2012 league total.
Colorado improves to 10-3 all-time over Arizona, has won seven straight overall, and has won all four meetings as members of the Pac-12.
Colorado had 10 steals, hitting double-digits for the fifth straight game (12.8 spg). It's the first time CU has registered 10-plus steals in five straight since the final five games of the 2002 Big 12 regular season. CU has forced 118 turnovers over the last five games (23.6 topg)
Arizona scored just 42 points, marking the 10th time this season the Buffaloes have held an opponent under 50 points, the most in one season in team history. CU had five different seasons with nine sub-50 games, most recently in 2002-03.
Nine of Colorado's 10 players scored, with six scoring five or more. CU's bench outscored Arizona 24-8, and overall out dueled the Wildcats 30-14 in the paint. Colorado had nine players score in the first half alone.
Jen Reese (15 points, 7-of-13 FG, 6 rebounds) scored her most points in a conference game and just one off her career high. Tied her career high with seven made field goals (Illinois). Had a string of 17-straight free throws made snapped, but has still made 17-of-20 in Pac-12 play (.850).
Chucky Jeffery (8 points, 6 assists, 4 steals, 4 rebounds) had her 44th career game with at least three steals. She improves her career steals total to 273, 11 out of third place on CU's all-time list and 30 away from Laurie Welch's school record of 303 (1978-82). Jeffery made her 100th career start, 11th all-time at CU. She moved into sole possession of 10th in career field goals with 574.
