Team

• CU has now won five of six times against Utah in Pac-12 play (3-0 in Boulder) and seven of eight in the series since 2005.
• CU improves to 57-8 (.877) at the Coors Events Center over the last four years.
• 5-4 Pac-12 mark matches last year after nine games (CU was 6-3 in 2011-12).
• 13th win at home, 11th time in school history they have won that many at home in a season.

• Colorado breaks its longest losing streak of the season (two games).

Tad Boyle and the Buffs are now 15-3 in games when a home win follows a road OR neutral court loss.

• CU moves to 7-0 at home (9-1 overall) under Tad Boyle in single-digit games this season (41-22 in four seasons).

• Today was second double-double by two players in the same game. Today: Josh Scott (20 pts., 10 rebs); Xavier Johnson (11 pts., 10 rebs.). Last time was earlier this season against Elon (Dec. 13; Johnson 12 points, 15 rebounds; Scott 12 points, 13 rebounds).

• CU extended its streak of consecutive games with a 3-pointer to 388 games (Jan. 19, 2002).  Six made against Utah.

•CU is now 5-4 in overtime games under Tad Boyle.

•CU had 5 players score in double-digits (3rd time this season).

• CU out-rebounded Utah 42-24 and moved to 13-2 on the season when out-rebounding their opponent. 

• CU improves to a 16-6 overall record, the best record under the Boyle coaching staff after 22 games in their 3.5+ years (2005-06 team started 17-5).

Askia Booker

• Scored 18 points moving him to 28th place on CU's career scoring (1022), passing Andre Roberson (1012) and Chauncey Billups (1020).  

• Eight rebounds is a season high.

• Seven assists is a career record.

 

Josh Scott

• Scored double-digits for the 20th time this year.

• 10th time this season with 10 or more rebounds.

• 10th double-double this season (12th of career).

• 4th 20-point game this season (6th of career).

• Perfect at the FT line for the ninth time this season (today 8-of-8).

 

Wesley Gordon

• Second straight game with a made three-pointer. Third made three-pointer in last four games (3-7 for the season).

 

Xavier Johnson

• Second time this season with 10 or more rebounds (5th of career).

• Second double-double of the season (4th of career).

 

Xavier Talton

• Had a blocked shot in the second half (12:32), second block in as many games (third career - all this year).

• Made four 3-point field goals (career record)

• Set a career high with 14 points.

 

Eli Stalzer

• Career-high 22 minutes against Utah.
