Team

·         CU falls to 9-9 on the season and 2-4 in Pac-12 play.

·         At home, the Buffs are now 8-2 this season and 2-1 in the Pac-12.

·         This is the first time since the 2010-2011 season (Big 12) that Colorado has lost 4 straight games.

·         CU is now 8-10 all-time against UW and 2-3 in the Pac-12 series.

·         The loss makes CU 6-2 vs Washington at home and 4-1 at the Coors Events Center.

·         First road win in five games in Pac-12 play between the two schools.

·         Washington's first win in Boulder since Dec. 6, 1971 (44 years).

·         This is the third straight game where CU has started four sophomores (Hopkins, Fletcher, Thomas, and Gordon), along with one senior (Booker).

·         CU made 5 three-pointers in tonight's game making it the 417 consecutive game with a three.

·         Only the 11th home loss (68-11) for the Boyle coaching staff at the Coors Events Center in five years [2010-11: Kansas, Texas A&M (ot); 2011-12: Wyoming, Stanford; 2012-13: UCLA, Arizona State (ot), Oregon State; 2013-14: UCLA, Arizona; 2014-15: Colorado State, Washington].

·         CU 75-20 overall and 53-4 at home when outrebounding the opponent.

·         Colorado drops to 32-1 at home and 45-5 overall when out-rebounding the opponent AND holding opponent under 40 FG%. (other four losses: twice at California; at Washington; vs. GWU)

·         Washington's 19 point first half is the 2nd lowest CU has held an opponent this season (1st: Air Force, 15).

·         CU is 8-3 this season when leading at half, but 2-6 this season in single-digit games (2-2 at home).

·         26-7 overall in single-digit games at home under Boyle.

·         First time CU has scored in the 50s at home since home finale on Mar. 13, 2013 (lost to Oregon State, 64-58).

·         18-5 when a road or neutral court loss follows a home game.

·         CU is 0-6 under Boyle when scoring 59 points or less in a game.

Askia Booker

·         Played in his 121st CU game, ranking No. 7 all-time in CU history.

·         Scores 5 points totaling 1,497 for his career, three shy of the 1,500 mark.

·         Booker plays 29 minutes totaling 3,362 minutes for his career, passing Randy Downs (1982-86: 3,354) for ninth on the all-time list.

·         Tallies 3 assists and 294 for his career tying for 12th place all-time with Michael Morandais (2000-2004).

Jaron Hopkins

·         Scores 11 points, making it his sixth straight game scoring more than 7.

·         First time to lead the team in scoring this season.

Wesley Gordon

·         Had a career-high 17 rebounds,

·         3rd double-double this season and 4th of his career, with 10 points and 17 rebounds.

·         Led CU in rebounding for the 6th game in a row.

·         His 12th straight game and 14th game this season with 5+ rebounds.

·         4th game this season with 10+ rebounds.

Josh Scott

·         Missed his third straight game, 5 of the last six games with back spasms.
