September 21, 2015 | Women's Basketball

BOULDER – The Pac-12 Conference has released the 2016 women's basketball schedule while the Pac-12 Networks has released its television line-up, with the University of Colorado set to be featured a school record 16 times during the regular season.

The 2015-16 season will mark the fourth year in a row that the Buffaloes will have double-digit regional or national television appearances. Fifteen of Colorado's 18 conference games will be televised on the Pac-12 Networks, including eight of nine at home. All home games, as well as all conference road games not televised on the Pac-12 Networks, will be streamed live through Pac-12.com.

“The Pac-12 will be extremely competitive again this season and we are ready for the challenge,” said Colorado head coach Linda Lappe. “We feel like we will be tested early and that will help us as we go through the conference season.”

The Buffaloes will make their season debut on the Pac-12 Network against former Big Eight/Big 12 Conference rival Missouri on Saturday, Dec. 12, at 1:30 p.m.

Colorado opens Pac-12 play on its home court, hosting Washington on Saturday, Jan. 2 (1 p.m.; Pac-12 Network) and then welcomes Washington State to Boulder, Monday, Jan. 4 (8 p.m.; Pac-12 Network).
