Utah narrows Colorado's lead in the series to 26-18 and has won the last four. The teams are an even 5-5 in the series since joining the Pac-12 together in 2011-12.

Utah ended the game on a 11-2 run.

Colorado outrebounded Utah 37-31. Colorado had 12 offensive rebounds half of which came from Wesley Gordon.

Utah's leading scorer Jakob Poetl missed his first five shots and matched his season low of six points.

Colorado is 2-2 with the starting combination of Collier, King, Fletcher, Gordon, and Scott.

Colorado had their season low in points, rebounds, and free-throws made and attempted. The three free throws made were the Buffaloes' fewest since a 0-of-0 performance at Missouri on Feb. 23, 2008.

George King and Josh Scott combined for 13-of-22 field goals and 31 points, while the rest of Colorado was 10-of-38, 23 points.

Josh Scott (10 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, 1 block) recorded his eighth double-double of the season and 31th of his career. He is now tied with Ken Charlton (1960-63) for eighth all-time in double-doubles. It was his first game of the season with no free throw attempts. Scott has played all but seven minutes in the last two games combined. He recorded his 105th career start, tied for fifth on the CU's all-time list.

Thomas Akyazili (2 blocks) career high of two blocks.

Wesley Gordon (4 points, 9 rebounds,) moved into 25th place in career rebounding now with 533. Gordon has recorded nine rebounds in each of the first three games of conference play. This is the first time since the season opener against Iowa State that he did not have a block.

George King (21 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 block) registered his third career game with at least 20 points with a game-high 21. Had only averaged 10.2 points the previous five games.  He now has 12 straight games with a least one made three-pointer.

Dominique Collier (7 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists) had three assist tonight after not recording an assist the previous three games.
