The Buffs Summer Events Tour Kicks Off Thursday

BOULDER — University of Colorado Athletics will kick off The Buffs Summer Events Tour 2016 this Thursday at the Westminster Summer Block Party, the first of 16 stops on its first-ever tour of its kind.
The event runs from 6-8 p.m. at the Irving Street Library Park (7392 Irving St.), and will feature free food and activities, including a jumping castle and fire truck rides for the kids, along with a free concert by area musicians Wash Park.
Members of Colorado's marketing team will be joined by cheerleaders and “Chip,” the school's popular costumed mascot and will give away some free CU items with the major goal is to interact with families and groups to promote the school and its athletic teams.

July 23 — The Golden VegFest Colorado Event
July 23 — The Golden Buffalo Bills Days Parade
Aug. 12 — The Highlands Ranch Film in the Park Series at the Civic Green Park
Sept. 17 — The Broomfield Days AND Parade Festivities
