Buffs Finish 2018 Season Ranked 14th In IWLCA Poll

BOULDER — After a strong campaign that saw the Colorado Buffaloes advance to the second round of the NCAA Tournament, the Buffs were tabbed 14^th in the final Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) poll of the season.

CU, which finished 14-6 overall, defeated Jacksonville in the first round of the NCAA Tournament before falling to Florida in the second round. The Buffs also had a solid conference season, finishing 9-1 to win the inaugural Pac-12 Conference Championship.

The 14^th place ranking is the highest by a Pac-12 team as Stanford came in 16^th and Southern California was selected 24^th.

Colorado also finished 12^th in the NCAA RPI.
