
Parker And Bey Named CU Athletes Of The Week, Presented By Arrow

BOULDER – Basketball's Tyler Bey and volleyball's Sterling Parker were named the CU Athletes of the Week, presented by Arrow, for the week of Nov. 25 – Dec. 1.
Bey, a junior from Las Vegas, Nev., recorded double-doubles in both games throughout the week, averaging 14.5 points, 13.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 3.0 blocks per game. Bey helped the Buffs beat Clemson and win the MGM Resorts Main Event Tournament as he was named MVP. He also led the Buffs in the victory over Sacramento State, tallying 11 points and 17 rebounds. With his big week, Bey is now 22nd place in career rebounding at CU with 595 boards.
Parker, a freshman from Martinez, Calif., led the Buffs to their impressive win over Oregon. She recorded 16 kills in the sweep, which tied a career high. The middle blocker also tallied 6 kills in the loss to a ranked Utah team.

The junior recorded 10 total tackles, one tackle for a loss, and one sack in the loss to Utah.
Women's Basketball – Emma Clarke
The sophomore scored 14 points and had nine rebounds to lead the Buffs to a 59-46 win over Indiana State. She went 5-for-11 from the field and tied a career-high with three 3-pointers.
