Pregame:
- The Buffaloes are coming off a 52-31 victory over in state rival Colorado State. Nebraska is coming off a 35-21 victory over South Alabama.
- This is the first matchup between the Buffaloes and Cornhuskers in Boulder since 2009. Nebraska leads the all time series, 49-19-2. The last meeting between these two teams was in 2018 in Lincoln where the Buffaloes came out victorious in a 33-28 win.
- With today's game being a sellout, it will be the first since November 26, 2016, when the Buffaloes sold out Folsom Field in a 27-22 victory over Utah to win the Pac-12 South Division title.
- The Buffaloes were one of just three teams to have no turnovers and no sacks allowed while committing fewer than 5 penalties in the game last weekend vs. Colorado State. Joined by only Kansas State and Rice.
