Gameday Info for Football vs. Arizona

BOULDER – The University of Colorado football team will host the University of Arizona on Saturday, October 16 at 1:30 p.m. at Folsom Field. Parking lots for this game will open at 8 a.m. and gates will open at 11:30 a.m. All patrons are strongly advised to enter the game no later than an hour before kickoff to avoid missing pregame festivities and kickoff as this game is approaching a sellout.Buffs fans are invited to wear black to the game.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS - Regardless of vaccination status, masks are required to be worn in any indoor space at Folsom Field on gameday. At this time, there is no general vaccination requirement for Folsom Field at CU Boulder, however as a campus we are strongly encouraging people to be vaccinated when they come to campus. Unvaccinated guests are strongly encouraged to wear a mask during their entire visit to campus, unless they are actively eating or drinking. All patrons should bring a mask with them to campus.

MEN'S BASKETBALL OPEN SCRIMMAGE - The men's basketball team will host a free open scrimmage on Saturday morning with the doors to the CU Events Center opening at 9:45 a.m. MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES in the CU Events Center. The scrimmage will get under way at 10:30 a.m.

PEARL STREET STAMPEDE- Don't miss one of the best traditions in college football. Join us for the Pearl Street Stampede on Friday night, with the Golden Buffalo Marching Band, CU Spirit and Dance teams as well as Chip the Buffalo as we celebrate gameday with the team in a parade that starts at 7 p.m. in front of the courthouse on Pearl Street.

PREGAME BAND PERFORMANCE – The Golden Buffalo Marching Band will perform inside Balch Fieldhouse at 12:40 p.m. before taking the field.

MOBILE TICKETING – All CU home events are now completely mobile ticketed. Fans purchase tickets and they will be emailed to be added to their mobile wallet or added via the Buffs Mobile App. Fans are urged to add their tickets to their smartphone wallet now. BUFFS MOBILE APP – This new comprehensive app from Colorado Athletics and Sidearm is a one stop shop on your device for all your CU Buffs news and information, live stats, videos, rosters and more, as well as purchasing and managing your CU Buffs tickets. Fans are encouraged to download the app to their smartphone today and login to their ticket account using their email address.

CASHLESS TRANSACTIONS – All transactions at the ticket office, concession stands and merchandise areas will be cashless.

CLEAR BAG POLICY – Folsom Field has a clear bag policy in place. Please review the website for reminders on what bags are permitted in the stadium.

CHIP'S KIDS CLUB AREA – The Indoor Practice Facility will be open for Chip's Kids Club Area again this season. This indoor space opens 2 hours prior to the game and closes after halftime. Will include games, inflatables and a football toss. Masks are required.

RALPHIE'S CORRAL – Located on Duane Field, Ralphie's Corral is the official tailgate of the CU Alumni Association and is open to everyone. Ralphie's Corral will be open at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday and there will be cashless concessions and merchandise available.

BUFF WALK - At the present time the team will not be entering by way of the Buff Walk. We will continue to monitor local COVID rates and notify of any changes at the appropriate time.
