
Pac-12 Sets Conference Pairings for 2023-24

The 18-game conference slate is set
SAN FRANCISCO – The Colorado women's basketball team learned its conference pairings for the 2023-24 season with the Pac-12 Conference releasing each team's opponents on Wednesday.

Each program will play an 18-game conference slate, facing seven opponents both home and away and the four other teams once, two at home and two on the road. Specific dates, times and television selections will be announced at a later date.

The Buffs will match up twice this season against Oregon, Oregon State, UCLA, USC, Utah, Washington and Washington State.

CU will host California and Stanford to round out the home slate while traveling to Arizona and Arizona State.

The Pac-12 led all leagues with six teams ranked in the final Associated Press poll of 2022-23 and tops the nation with six appearing in espnW's "Way Too Early" Top 25 for the 2023-24 season - No. 4 UCLA, No. 5 Utah, No. 16 Stanford, No. 18 USC, No. 21 Colorado and No. 23 Washington State.

"Pac-12 women's basketball experienced great success last season and our teams and their fans are eagerly awaiting the year ahead," said Pac-12 Deputy Commissioner Teresa Gould. "Over the past decade, the dedication of student-athletes, coaches and administrators throughout the Conference has lifted Pac-12 women's basketball to amazing heights and we cannot wait for what's in store in 2023-24."

The Buffs will open the season in Las Vegas against the reigning national champion LSU on Nov. 6. Colorado will also play in the Paradise Jam Classic (Nov. 23-25) facing Cincinnati, Kentucky and North Carolina State.
