Oliver Headlines #NFLBuffs in Week Two

BOULDER — Action across the NFL in Week two featured Colorado products from all over. Former second-rounder Isaiah Oliver shined the brightest, logging his third career interception in route to San Francisco's 30-23 win in LA.

Here is how the other Buffs alumni fared in week two during the 2023-24 NFL season:

Chidobe Awuzie - Through two weeks, Awuzie has recorded a fumble recovery and a pass defended despite the Bengals' tough start to the season. The veteran has also logged six total tackles.
David Bakhtiari - Played in the season opener win against the Bears, but the former All-Pro was inactive for week two and is not expected to suit up for week three.
Arlington Hambright - After spending all offseason and training camp on Indianapolis' practice squad, the Colts rewarded the CU product by elevating him to the 53-man roster Tuesday afternoon before their game in Baltimore against the Ravens.
Nate Landman - Filling in for injured Troy Andersen, Landman had a solid game over the Packers at home. He recorded four tackles including two run stuffs that resulted in a loss of five yards.
Isaiah Oliver - The newest 49er defensive back, Isiah Oliver, had a career-game Sunday afternoon against the Rams. He picked off Matthew Stafford for his third-career interception along with seven total tackles to propel his team to a 30-23 win on the road.
Josh Tupou - Had 2 combined tackles on 21 defensive snaps in the team's loss to the Ravens.
Ahkello Witherspoon - Earned two combined tackles and now has four on the season, fell short at home to the 49ers and former Buffs teammate, Isaiah Oliver.

Juwan Winfree (Colts), Brady Russell (Eagles), and Daniel Arias (Cardinals) are all on their team's practice squads. Laviska Shenault did not have a reception on Sunday's game against the Saints.
