#NFLBuffs in Week Three Features Ahkello Witherspoon

BOULDER — Action across the NFL in Week Three featured Colorado products from all over. Former Colorado defensive back Ahkello Witherspooon shined the brightest, logging his ninth career interception and first of the year on Bengals Quarterback Joe Burrow.

Here is how the other Buffs alumni fared in week three during the 2023-24 NFL Season:

Chidobe Awuzie - The former Buffs' defensive back recorded a season-high four tackles in Monday's win over the Rams.
Nate Landman - Filling in for the injured Troy Andersen for the second straight week, Landman recorded two tackles in his teams' loss to the Lions.
Isaiah Oliver - Fresh off his third career interception the previous weekend, Oliver tallied four tackles in the 49ers 30-23 win over the Giants, and moved to 3-0 on the young season.
Laviska Shenault - Had one catch and two carries for seven yards in the Panthers loss to the Seahawks.
Ahkello Witherspoon - After playing former CU teammate Isaiah Oliver in week two, Witherspoon went up against another college teammate, Chidobe Awuzie and the Bengals. Ahkello picked off Joe Burrow for his first interception of the season and as a Ram. It is his ninth career INT and now has recorded at least one for all three teams he has played for (SF, PIT, LAR).

Juwan Winfree/Arlington Hambright (Colts), Brady Russell (Eagles), and Daniel Arias (Cardinals) are all on their team's practice squads. Josh Tupou (Bengals) and David Bakhtiari (Packers) did not participate in week three due to injuries.
