Eve Hritzuk Named as a Finalist for Lacrosse Canada’s Box Lacrosse Team

"Lacrosse Canada is excited to announce the 48 athletes that will be attending the final tryout for the Women's National Box Lacrosse Team," Lacrosse Canada said. "The staff had many tough decisions during the process and we would like to thank all the women who came out and were a part of history at tryouts in Oakville and Langley."
All finalists will be in St. Catharines, ON. on July 2-3 2024 for the final tryout. The championship takes place in Utica, NY. from September 20-29, 2024. World lacrosse recently announced the pool Canada will be playing in for the round robin.
The Alberta native is off to a scorching start in her first season with Colorado after transferring from Northwestern. Hritzuk is just one of three Buffs to have scored in all four games to start the year, and is second on the team in goals (11).
She had an impressive debut for CU, leading all goal scorers with six, including the game-winner to secure a Colorado win over Louisville in the season opener. It was a single game career-high in goals scored and has already topped her previous season career-high in goals.
