The two made their debut as a doubles pair today, starting with a successful 1-0 showing to begin the weekend, sending them to tomorrows quarterfinals.
In their matchup against Maxine Murphy and Eva Alvarez Sande of Washington State, Bubalo and Alexin took the edge to capture their defeat. After a back-and-forth battle, the match came to 7 games all, which led to the Buffalo duo taking the final tiebreaker, 8-6.
