BOULDER, Colo.-- The Colorado Buffaloes' home football game against the Houston Cougars will be moved to Friday, Nov. 13 and be broadcast on national television, the Big 12 conference announced today. As a result, CU's Homecoming game, which was originally scheduled for that weekend, will be moved to Saturday, Oct. 3, when the Buffs take on Texas Tech.

The conference will announce the game time and TV network for Friday's game against Houston at a later date. Times for all CU home football games are determined by the conference in conjunction with its television partners

Homecoming festivities will be a part of CU Boulder's 150th Anniversary Celebration with activities running from Sept. 30 through Oct. 3. Events include a culture crawl, live performances at Norlin Quad, Buffs on Tap at Koenig Alumni Center, Pearl Street Stampede and pep rally, and a 150th Tailgate Celebration, all culminating in the game against the Red Raiders on Saturday, Oct. 3, which is one of the most anticipated games on the Big 12 schedule this season.

Fans can get a first look at Coach Prime's Buffaloes this Saturday, April 11 as part of an action-packed Black & Gold Weekend. Free tickets to watch the Buffs intrasquad Black & Gold scrimmage are still available but must be claimed and downloaded before arriving at the stadium.

Football two-game mini plans, excluding Family Weekend Utah on Oct. 17, will be available for purchase beginning on April 14 and single game tickets will be available on May 5.
