Bio
- 2006 Big 12 All-Newcomer Team
FRESHMAN (2006): After a diagnosis of compartment syndrome in preseason nearly sidelined Quador for her freshman year, she became a reliable player off the bench in the early season before working her way into the starting lineup by season's end. Her three goals on the season were all game-winners, giving her the second-most game-winning goals of any Buff and making her the second-leading freshman scorer behind Nikki Marshall. She scored her first collegiate goal on a one-timer against Denver to give CU a 1-0 win in that game, and also netted goals against Wyoming and Texas Tech. She was named to the All-Big 12 Newcomer team along with classmate Nikki Marshall.
HIGH SCHOOL: Quador had a very active and successful high school career at Chatfield Senior High, where she was a four-year letterwinner in soccer and basketball. Over her career she played both defender and midfielder and helped lead Chatfield to the Jefferson County League Championship in 2003, and the Colorado 5A State Championship in 2004 as a sophomore under coach Brock Blume. As a senior, Quador was the team captain and helped CSH to a 15-2-1 overall record, earning All-Colorado, All-State and first team All-Conference honors. As a sophomore she was named Honorable Mention All-Jeff co, earning second team honors as a junior. She is also a decorated basketball player, as she holds Chatfield's All-Time three-Âpoint field goals made record and was a member of the 2005-06 Jefferson County League Champion team as well as the 2003 State Quarterfinals team and 2005 state semifinals team of 2005. As a freshman, Quador was named the Freshman Athlete of the Year at CSH. As a junior, she earned Colorado Marine Corps Athlete of the Year and was named Outstanding Junior Award. As a senior, she earned first-team All-Jeff co honors. Quador was named overall Senior Athlete of the year at Chatfield Senior High.
IN THE CLASSROOM: Quador is planning on majoring in Broadcast Journalism at CU, but is also interested in Law. She recorded a 3.3 GPA in her first semester at CU.

PERSONAL: Jessica Quador was born March 30, 1987 in Denver. She is the daughter of Gene and Joanie Quador. Her father was a football player at Mesa State: her mom was a cheerleader for Northern Colorado and the Denver Broncos, and her older brother plays baseball at Colorado Christian University. She is an active member of CU's Student Athlete Advisory Committee. Quador likes to play basketball in her free time and does volunteer work for Alterra Alternative Living as well as working as a lifeguard. As a senior, Quador was student body president at Chatfield.
