2020: Ran in all four varsity meets and scored in two … was the No. 5 runner at the FSU Winter Classic to start the season, finishing 45th … at the Battle Born Collegiate Challenge he recorded a 37th-place finish … was 23rd at the Pac-12 Championship as CU took second in the team race … scored as the No. 5 runner again at NCAAs, placing 117th.
2019: Competed in four of the five varsity races ... Was the alternate at NCAAs after finishing 51st at regionals ... placed 35th at the Pac-12 Championship, helping CU to its seventh team title in nine years ... ran to a runner-up finish in the open race at pre-nationals ... at the Joe Piane Invitational, he finished 87th ... made his season debut at the Wyoming Invitational with a 38th-place finish.
2018: Saw an increase in action during his sophomore campaign, racing six times ... started the season with a 21st place finish at the Wyoming Invitational ... followed that up with a 140th place finish at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational ... improved to 117th two weeks later at pre-nationals ... raced at the Pac-12 Championships and improved 10 positions from the 2017 season as he was 59th overall ... in his first 10k on the cross country course at the regional meet, he placed 73rd ... ended his season at NCAAs, finishing 163rd.
2017: Competed in four meets for the Buffs as a redshirt freshman ... started with a 23rd-place finish at the Colorado State Invitational before recording a 19th place finish at the Rocky Mountain Shootout ... went on to race at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational where he was 32nd in the ‘B’ race ... ended the season at the Pac-12 Championships, finishing 69th.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four letters in cross county and four in track at Mountain Vista High School ... as a senior, he earned a pair of top five finishes at the Colorado High School Athletic Association 5A State Championships ... was third in the 3,200, finishing in 9:30.50, and placed fourth in the 1,600 with a time of 4:22.29 ... also placed eighth in the 3,200-meter run at state as a junior after earning a third-place finish at the Continental League Championships ... won the 2015 5A Region Cross Country Championship and followed that up with a fifth-place finish at the state meet ... he also placed 23th at the Nike Cross Southwest Regionals and went on to take 71st at Nike Cross Nationals that same year.
