2004-05 (Junior): Played in 22 games off the bench for the Buffaloes during her first season in Boulder. Garnett made her CU debut at the Nevada Nugget Classic against Loyola Marymount, scoring two points and grabbing five rebounds in the Buffs’ season-opening win. Missed two games in the preseason with a knee ailment but responded by playing in 13 straight contests as the Big 12 Conference season began. She registered career-highs with nine points on 4-of-5 shooting and six rebounds in 16 minutes against Missouri (2/9). She had seven points of 3-of-5 shooting against Colorado State (12/8).

Central Arizona College: Helped CAC to a third place finish in the 2004 NJCAA Tournament, averaging 3.0 ppg and 2.0 rpg.
