ORLANDO - The No. 70 University of Central Florida men's tennis team won their fourth consecutive match Sunday afternoon, rallying to defeat No. 64 Colorado, 5-2, at the UCF Tennis Complex. The win over Colorado (0-5) marked the first time this season that UCF (4-2) has beaten a ranked opponent.

The Buffaloes won two-of-three matches to win the doubles point as Marko Bundalo and Bucky Mink won at No. 2 by an 8-4 score, and at No. 3 doubles, Maciej Dilaj and Chad Tsuda took a 9-7 decision.

Despite dropping the doubles point, the Golden Knights recovered and only lost one singles match. Senior Augusto Sanabria clinched the match at No. 4, defeating Marko Bundalo, 7-6 (9), 6-4. Gabriel Strangberg was also a two set winner, defeating Bucky Mink, 6-4, 6-3 at No. 3. Bradu won his fifth straight singles match, topping Justin Hunter, 6-1, 7-6 (5) at the No. 1 spot.

Tsuda, a freshman from Boulder, won his first collegiate dual match defeating Ener Gursoy 6-3, 7-5 at No. 6 singles.

"Chad has been working really hard and I'm pleased of his effort today," said head coach Sam Winterbotham. "Tie breakers were the key today with four of the matches going to tie breaks. Central Florida played well and we'll just keep moving on."
