CU To Host Fan Night

Boulder - For the final women's basketball home game this Saturday, March 1 at 7 p.m., the University of Colorado is hosting Fan Appreciation Night at the Coors Events Center. All general admission tickets are just $1.
CU will take on No. 5 Kansas State (26-2, 13-1 Big 12) on Saturday, who are on an eight-game winning streak in the Big 12 and defeated the Buffs in the second game of Big 12 play this season in Manhattan. CU has won two games in a row and are 10-4 in Big 12 play, 20-5 overall, the Buffs' best record since 1994-95.
The game will also be the last regular season home contest for Colorado seniors Linda Lappe, Sabrina Scott and Diana Spencer. The three student-athletes will be recognized along with their families on Saturday before the game, with each of them addressing the fans after the conclusion of the contest.
Avoid lines on gameday and purchase your tickets in advance by calling 800-87-BUFFS, stopping by the athletic ticket ticket office located at Folsom Field or visiting any TicketsWest outlets located in all King Soopers Stores.
As part of Fan Appreciation CU is also offering fans the chance to buy one CU basketball item get another item of equal or lesser value for free at the CU merchandise kiosk at the Northwest Corner of the Coors Events Conference Center.
