Colorado Buffaloes Town Meeting
BOULDER ?The University of Colorado will host its first Colorado Buffaloes Town Meeting featuring CU Athletic Director Mike Bohn and Interim Chancellor Phil DiStefano on Monday, May 23 at 8 a.m. in the auditorium of the new St. Julien Hotel and Spa, 900 Walnut Street, Boulder. It is free and open to the public.
Parking is available in downtown parking garages including the lot located at 10th & Walnut (shared with the St. Julien Hotel). Curbside metered parking is also available.

“We think this is going to be a great way for an exchange of information that will allow us to improve our operations,” said Bohn. “We want people to know what we’re doing, and if there’s something we need to be working on, we want to hear about it.”
Upon entering the auditorium, participants will be given question forms at the registration table to formulate questions to ask at one of three microphone stands. Those fans uncomfortable with personally asking questions of Bohn or DiStefano can turn in their question forms at the registration table, which will be given to the moderator for use during the question-and-answer portion of the meeting.
Questions unanswered in the time allotted will be collected and addressed in the Daily Camera and its Web site.
“It’s a grassroots effort to ensure that we have a vehicle to exchange information,” Bohn said. “We want to be user-friendly. We want to be part of the community, and we’re exploring all kinds of ways to connect.”
