2006 Colorado Football: Game 7 -- Texas Tech

The Colorado Buffaloes (0-6, 0-2 Big 12) have back-to-back conference home games for just the fifth time in 11 seasons, as the Texas Tech Red Raiders (4-2, 1-1 Big 12) come to Boulder this Saturday, October 14, in a 1:37 p.m. kickoff at Folsom Field... The game will not be televised and canGÇÖt be webcast per conference rule, so itn++n++n++s radio only for the second straight week... It is also the highlight of CUGÇÖs annual Family Weekend events... Colorado is coming off a 34-31 loss in three overtimes to Baylor, as CUGÇÖs overall losing streak has grown to a school record-tying 10 (the last four of GÇÖ05 and the first six this season); it matched a 10-game skid over the 1963-64 seasons (those were Eddie CrowderGÇÖs first two seasons in Boulder, so Dan Hawkins can definitely relate)... It was just CUGÇÖs 11th loss in its history when scoring 30 or more points (285-11-1), with Baylor administering two of the 11 setbacks... CU has lost the six games by a combined 50 points, or just 8.3 per... Roughly 7,000 tickets are available for the game as of close of business Monday...
