Pair of Big 12 Undefeated Tennis Teams Meet Sunday

Against the Longhorns, CU will look for the fifth conference match victory on the season, a win total the Buffs have not seen since 1997-98 when they won five Big 12 matches.
Individually, CU has tied a school record with four of its student-athletes having 20 singles wins in a year (Peter Bjork, Marek Dvorak, Eric Molnar and Jan Zelezny). Chad Tsuda and Marko Bundalo are inching closer with 19 and 16 wins, respectively.
The quartet is only the second foursome in CU’s men’s tennis history to win 20 matches in a season. The other came in 1975-76.
On Sunday, the doubles competition begins at 1 p.m., with the singles to follow.
