Veasley, Strother Temporarily Switch Some Job Duties

BOULDER ? University of Colorado assistant women’s basketball coach Aisha Veasley and director of operations Ann Strother will temporarily switch some job duties while Veasley recovers from a torn Achilles’ tendon, CU head coach Kathy McConnell-Miller announced on Monday.


Strother, who joined the CU women’s staff as its director of operations on Nov. 2, will take over on-court practice sessions and off-campus recruiting for Veasley for a three-week period beginning today. Veasley, in her third year as a CU assistant, had surgery on her torn Achilles’ Dec. 13 and will continue her normal job duties that are not affected by her injury.
