BOULDER -- Former University of Colorado All-Americans Adam Goucher and Kara (Grgas-Wheeler) Goucher are featured on a new series on Nikerunning.com called "Meet The Gouchers."
The website, which launched May 11, gives a video look into the lives of the Gouchers as they train together for the 2008 Olympic Trials.
A 2006 CU Athletic Hall of Fame inductee, Adam Goucher is one of just three runners in CU history to win four NCAA individual championships (1998 cross country, 1997 and 1998 indoor 3,000-meter, 1998 outdoor 5,000), and was an 11-time All-American in cross country/track & field.
Kara Goucher won the 2000 NCAA individual cross country title while leading the Buffaloes to their first women's cross country national team title. Kara, a seven-time All-American, also won national titles in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters at the 2000 NCAA Outdoor Championships.
