Pearl Street Stampedes
The Pearl Street Stampedes have become THE kickoff celebration prior to CU home football games for nearly two decades. The night before each home game, hundreds of Buffs fans line the Pearl Street Mall as members of the Golden Buffalo Marching Band play, the CU Spirit Squad performs and members of CU athletic teams and coaching staffs ride and march behind Stephen Tebo’s vintage fire truck. The Stampedes are a joint collaboration between the University of Colorado, local businesses, the City of Boulder and Downtown Boulder.
Begins at 7pm on the 1300 Block of Pearl Street and heads west.

*10/2 and 10/16 Stampedes will start on the 1100 Block of Pearl Street and will head east ending on the 1300 Block.Â
