Midweek Volleyball, Football Saturday On Tap This Week
Saturday, CU takes on Texas A&M at 11:30 a.m. at Folsom Field. CU will be saluting veterans, and in honor of Veteran's Day tickets in all stadium bowl areas are available for half price. Fans interested should click here and enter HALFPRICE. The game will feature a flyover by two fighter planes as well as other veteran recognition activities.
The women's soccer team is headed to San Antonio for the Big 12 Soccer Championship. The Buffs are the No. 3 seed and will face Texas on Wednesday at 1 p.m. MST. The winner of that game will play at 7 p.m. on Friday night in the second semifinal match. Bill Hempen's Buffs have made the championship game in three of the past four seasons and will look to make it a fourth time to solidify a spot in the NCAA Tournament. Tennis is on the road in Charlottesville, Va., at the ITA National Indoor Championships. Volleyball will also be on the road in Lubbock on Saturday, taking on the Red Raiders at 3 p.m.
