Kenneally Earns PTR Colorado Award
HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. ? University of Colorado tennis head coach Nicole Kenneally was recently named the Professional Tennis Registry’s (PTR) Colorado Member of the Year for 2008.
Kenneally was given the award based on her efforts to help the game of tennis grow and for being an outstanding member of the Profession Tennis Registry organization. Kenneally will be presented the award at the annual PTR International Tennis Symposium on Tuesday, Feb. 17 at the PTR Recognition Breakfast at the Crowne Plaza in Hilton Head.
“I am humbled by this award as there are many great contributors to the sport of tennis in the state of Colorado,” Kenneally said. “The PTR is a great international organization which provides fantastic opportunities for all those who love the game of tennis and want to continue to grow the game of tennis.”
The PTR International Tennis Symposium will begin with an Opening Ceremony on Sunday, Feb. 15 and continue through Thursday, Feb. 19. There will be an array of excellent presenters, on-court and in the classroom, who will share their knowledge throughout the symposium.
