The Colorado
National Golf Club will celebrate its Grand Opening with ceremonies
on Saturday, May 2, from 9:30 a.m. to Noon at the Erie course
(2700
Vista Parkway). A

The festivities
begin with a Meet & Greet with CU Athletic Hall of Famer and
three-time U.S. Open champion
Hale Irwin at 9:30 a.m., followed by an official
dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 a.m.
A 11 a.m. Irwin
will tee it up at the 413-yard Par 4 No. 1 hole for the ceremonial
first ball at the Colorado National. Attendees can then follow
Irwin and special guests as they play the No. 1 and the 452-yard
Par 4 No. 18. A lunch at the Patio Grill will follow.
