Tennis Hosts Saturday Match

The match will be played at the Millennium Hotel Harvest House, however, with the outstanding weather conditions in the Boulder area, Saturday's match may be moved outdoors to the South Campus Tennis Courts.

The Buffaloes bring a 6-3 record into Saturday's match and have won three straight, while the Bears are 1-5 overall. CU leads the all-time series against Northern Colorado, 27-2 and has won 14-straight dating back to 1985. The two schools have played against one another most recently in 2007 and 2008 with the Buffaloes taking 7-0 victories.
CU enters the match as the No. 51st nationally ranked team (out of 75 schools). Seniors Monica Milewski and Melisa Esposito are the No. 104 and No. 110 nationally ranked singles players, respectively (top-125), while Esposito and Camila Belassi are No. 57th nationally ranked doubles team (out of 60).
Colorado begins Big 12 Conference play next weekend traveling to Nebraska (March 12) and Iowa State (March 14). The next home match will be a non-conference match against South Carolina, Saturday, March 20 at 11 a.m.
