HIGH SCHOOL-Ranked the No. 67 running back in the country by ESPN, he is the No. 5 running back prospect from high school in North Carolina and the No. 1 ranked running back prospect listing his hometown in Virginia. He attended Oak Ridge Military Prep as a senior after playing two seasons at Jefferson Forest High School in Forest, Va. Oak Ridge competed as an independent school, leaving few opportunities for any honors. As a junior, he was named first-team All-Seminole District when he was named second-team All-Timesland by the Roanoke Times, which also named him one of three Sizzlin' Sophs at running back the previous season. In his career, he rushed for 3,376 yards and 42 touchdowns. As a senior at Oak Ridge, he rushed for 1,100 yards and 15 touchdowns. As a junior at Jefferson Forest, he compiled 1,437 rushing yards and 17 touchdowns and had 150 receiving yards. His sophomore season, he ran for 839 yards and 10 touchdowns. His most memorable game in high school came his junior season against Turner Ashby, Jefferson Forest's rival, when he ran 20 times for 218 yards and two touchdowns in a 14-6 victory. Oak Ridge compiled a 10-0 record his senior season while Jefferson Forest was 12-8 in his two seasons there, including a trip to the state semifinals his sophomore season after compiling a 7-3 record. He also ran track in high school, competing in the 100-, 200-, and 300-meter dashes and the 4x100-meter relay.
ACADEMICS-He intends to major in integrated physiology at Colorado and is interested in becoming a physical therapist.
PERSONAL-He was born December 5, 1991 in Lynchburg, Va. Hobbies include playing football, running track, lifting weights and handing out with his friends and playing video games.
