NEW ORLEANS -The University of Colorado women's track and field team fell from No. 17 to No. 24 in the USTFCCCA Rankings.
The Buffs have a team total of 86.88 points in the computer generated poll. Emma Coburn leads the way for the Buffs as she owns the top time in the country in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at 9 minutes, 40.51 seconds.
Texas A&M is the top ranked team in both men's and women's polls. The women have a point total of 323.01 and the men have 370.29 points.
Colorado is back in action May 26-28 at the 2011 NCAA West Preliminary Championship in Eugene, Ore. This is the first part of the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships which will conclude June 8-11 in Des Moines, Iowa.
